Terms & Conditions

Included Services

  • Each booking includes a studio operator to manage all audio and video equipment during your session.

  • The studio can accommodate up to four guests with multi-camera 4K video (up to three cameras) and pro audio (up to four microphones).

  • All raw session files will be delivered within 1-2 business days after your completed session.

Setup & Breaks

  • Your studio reserved time includes setup and breakdown.

  • Please allow 10-15 minutes at the start of your session for setup and guest orientation. This is included in your total reserved time. Please do not arrive earlier than your booked start time.

  • For sessions longer than 4 hours, short breaks are required to maintain guest comfort, file management, and equipment performance.

    • Half-day bookings (4 hours) require one 30-minute break.

    • Full-day bookings (8 hours) require one 60-minute break (or two 30-minute breaks).

    • All breaks are included in your total reserved time.

Overage Time

  • Each session includes a five minute grace period past your scheduled end time.

  • If you exceed the grace period and the studio is available, you will be billed for the additional time in 30-minute intervals at the standard hourly rate listed on our website (no promotional discounts apply to overage time).

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are non-refundable, due to the dedicated studio time and personnel reserved for you.

    No-shows without notice are non-refundable.

  • Any changes must be made through the reschedule or cancel links provided in your confirmation email. For last-minute emergencies, please contact us directly at info@venicepodcaststudio.com or text/call 213-320-6623.

Marketing & Promotional Use

By booking a session, you grant Venice Podcast Studio permission to use behind-the-scenes photos or short video clips taken during your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising.

These behind-the-scenes materials will never include your full finished recordings or confidential information. They are used to showcase our space, process, or general environment only.

If you do not wish for any behind-the scenes content or video clips to be used, please notify us in writing before your session begins.
