Terms & Conditions
Included Services
Each booking includes a studio operator to manage all audio and video equipment during your session. The studio accommodates up to four guests with multi-camera 4K video (up to three cameras) and individually recorded audio for each participant. All raw session files will be delivered within one business day after your completed session.
Setup & Breakdown
Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown. Please allow 5-10 minutes at the start of your session for setup and guest orientation. This time is included in your reservation. Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled start time.
Breaks
For sessions longer than four hours, short breaks are required to maintain guest comfort, file management, and equipment performance. Half-day bookings (4 hours) require one 30-minute break. Full-day bookings (8 hours) require one 60-minute break or two 30-minute breaks. All breaks are included in your total reserved time.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. No extensions will be granted due to late arrival unless the studio is available and you agree to overage billing.
Overage Time
Each session includes a five-minute grace period past your scheduled end time. If you exceed the grace period and the studio is available, you will be billed for the additional time in 30-minute intervals at the standard hourly rate listed on our website. Promotional discounts do not apply to overage time.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. All changes must be made through the reschedule or cancel links provided in your confirmation email.
Bundle Purchases
Bundle purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, bundle sessions must be used in accordance with the terms of the applicable bundle. Individual sessions booked from a bundle may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with the Scheduling & Cancellations policy above. Canceled bundle sessions are returned to your account balance and are not refunded.
Studio Rules
Guests are expected to treat the studio and all equipment with care. Food and beverages are welcome in the kitchen and lounge areas. Only water is permitted on set. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the studio. No pets are allowed in the studio. The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party. Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by a client or their guests may be billed to the client at replacement or repair cost.
Content Ownership
All audio, video, and other content recorded during your session remains the exclusive property of the client. Venice Podcast Studio does not claim any ownership or licensing rights over content produced in the studio.
Liability
Venice Podcast Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the studio. By booking a session, clients agree to hold Venice Podcast Studio harmless from any claims arising from use of the studio, except in cases of gross negligence.
Marketing & Promotional Use
By booking a session, you grant Venice Podcast Studio permission to use behind-the-scenes photos or short video clips taken during your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising. These materials will never include your full finished recordings or confidential information. If you do not wish for any behind-the scenes content or clips to be used, please notify us in writing before your session begins.
